Description
An exciting opportunity for experienced NHS Safeguarding Adults specialist to help with the implementation of the new care act. This post will be for an initial 3 month period based in the South of England, the daily rate that can be expected is anything from £350 - £400 per day.The role will contribute to delivery of strategic priorities including prevention and early and accurate identification and management of safeguarding concerns by health care professionals.
The post holder will be a senior manager, who will be a highly experienced and competent member of the Risk team reporting to the Director of Risk & Safety (DoN), Key skills and experience:
- Professional Qualification & Registration for either Social work or Nursing
- Working knowledge of Adult safeguarding and experience of relevant legalisation
- Clinically hands on
- Working knowledge on the process of domestic abuse
