Description
The Compensation Consultant for EMEA is based in Canary Wharf, London and reports to the Senior Compensation Consultant. Working closely with local HR partners and the Compensation team in Head Office, Chicago, the Compensation Consultant will assist with the management and implementation of compensation programmes across London, Channel Islands, Sweden and Middle East.
Skills/Experience
- Experience/Knowledge of all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and bonus review, market data collection and analysis, market research and budgeting for salary increases
- Sound project management skills
- Ability to interpret regulatory legislation
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Consulting and client servicing skills, ability to influence senior management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong judgement
- Knowledge of assigned business unit's organisational structure and services.
