Description
Responsible to define a Test Strategy and Approach for the overall program•Responsible for planning, execution and coordination of all tests cycles in the various Portfolio’s projects according to company's testing methodology
•Responsible to develop a solution (HP ALM) to track all the testing activities in line with Business Requirements and Solution Functionalities defined in the previous project phases
•Accountable for test plan that meet project and Business objective
•Accountable for review and get approval of test plans and testing schedule
•Ensure that test data is available as detailed as needed per test cases/ scenarios
•Ensure the availability of resources according to overall project test plan
•Ensure that project and testing team adheres to the approved testing processes and procedures described in test strategy
•Communication of test status, progress and KPI’s to the Program and Project management team
•Ensure agreement on closure of issues following the entry, exit and acceptance criteria of the correspondent cycle
•Monitor defect resolution and business approval to close status
•Ensure that any potential risks/issues which may affect the schedule, budget or quality is communicated to the Project Management in a timely manner
•Responsible for definition and coordination of system stress, performance and volume tests with infrastructure team when necessary
