Must-Have:
1. Technical Leadership
2. Network design & solution including LAN/WAN/Wireless
3. Routing Protocols (BGP,EIGRP etc)
4. Data Center Networking knowledge
5. Understand the client requirements & provide network solutions
6. Ability to transform target architecture into vendor-specific solution architecture and detailed design templates ready to be implemented
Good-to-Have:
1. Cloud Experience (examples: Amazon, Microsoft Azure)
2. Cisco IPT-Voice knowledge
3. Network security including checkpoint & VPN's
4. Nexus switching knowledge
5. Ability to integrate multiple technologies
6. Ability to estimate project efforts and costs
