Description

I am looking for a VoIP Engineer for a 6 month contract in Derby

Key Duties;

Respond remotely to resolve critical system failures in line with SLA's
Working directly with Clients and In house support teams to troubleshoot issues
Assisting in development of new products
Assist with hardware / software upgrades

Essential Skills;

VoIP in open source environment
VMware
Linux Maintenance
Databases such as (MySQL)
