A top tier bank requires a Senior Qlikview Developer, ideally from a banking background.Role: Senior Qlikview Developer
Rate: £450 Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 6 months Requirements:
- Proven Qlikview expertise involving report delivery, workflow tools, system development and architecture
- University graduate (or equivalent) , experience in tier one banks is a strong advantage
- Experience of collecting manual data, the associated challenges and workflow solutions to improve the process
- Experience of dashboard design
- Experience in Qlikview extensions like Nprinting is beneficial
- Track record of working through the project life cycle
- Ability to create and execute test plans, reviewing system and interface data
- Ability to work un supervised at times and direct own work
- Proven ability to clearly articulate implications of technical analysis to colleagues and stakeholders
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to convey information in a way that is clear, succinct, and easily understood by non-analysts
- Understanding or experience in Banking, Anti Money Laundering, Payments, Compliance, Analytics, Risk.
- Experience of integrating tools (e.g. Qlikview) with SAS or Hadoop is an advantage
- Proven SAS capabilities is favourable
