Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst / Investment Bank / Contract / London / £350 - £430 per dayMy client, a top tier investment bank, is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst to join their expanding team based in central London.
What the role will entail:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the in-house reporting capability within Mi Customer CRM
- Ensuring all reports meet business criteria and keeping abreast of change in both the technical capabilities and organisational design that may affect the effectiveness of the reporting.
- Create and support the Integration Services (SSIS) ETL supplementation.
- Work with the ETL teams and Testing teams to ensure that the packages are kept in-line with requirements / change requests and are successfully tested according to relevant guidelines.
- Provide Business Analysis to CRM programme, bridging technology and business.
The candidate must possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Banking Experience - Desirable
- CRM Experience - Essential
- Experience of working with SSIS - SSRS - SQL Software tools - Essential
- Strong Data analysis, Implementation and Testing experience - essential
The candidate must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment with demanding users. The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure to the business area and products as well as the opportunity to work in a technically challenging, delivery focused environment.
