Description
- Strong analytical skills over complex processes, both tech and biz. Be able to understand impacts of changes over complex overall solution/process.
- Must have: Experience with Business intelligence, datamarts, ETL, Visualization and advanced analytics tools.

- Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
- Understanding of data warehouse/database logic.
- Basic SQL/programming skills. Be able to read SQL code and make small additions/changes to existing code.
- Be able to quickly translate business questions/requirements into technical possibilities and liabilities.
- Be able to translate technical changes into business impacts or opportunities.
- Preferred knowledge on SAP, Warehouse Management systems, Digital Order Management systems, experience with integration.
- Wants to take ownership on process performance
- Pro-actively look for and drive improvements/changes/ways of working.
- Experience with Tableau is preferred
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Comfortable in presenting to large audiences and convincing stakeholders.
- Ability to travel by car (regular travel to DC in Belgium)
