Following a series of new commissions we’re adding a developer to our team and hoping to lay the foundation for the future of development at Only. Our ideal candidate will be versatile, ambitious and willing to push our digital capabilities to the next level. You will help us to grow our digital offering and in time become our lead developer.
We are hoping to hire a senior or middleweight front end developer to help take a series of new projects from inception through to delivery. From luxury brochure sites to elegant publishing platforms, you will be involved at every stage of the process and help to create and maintain a level of outstanding digital output.
The ideal person for this job will love to take a project from start to finish. You will be able to articulate why we should do things in a certain way and help to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different solutions to clients. You will care about the front-end execution as much as the code that makes it happen.
Concretely you should have a solid grasp of HTML(5), CSS(3) and JavaScript/jQuery and a working knowledge of Sass, Grunt and/or Compass. Experience with WordPress is also essential.
