Regional Sales Manager - Manchester - Unified Communications specialist sales

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity as a Regional Sales Manager? Then I have the perfect role for you.

The Business:

This business are celebrating their 30th year in business and originally started life as tele communications specialist company focusing on unified communications, since then they have spread their wings and have moved in to IT sector. The business helps other companies across the UK transform performance through communications technology.

The Ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven track record of sales in unified communications
  • A history of sales team management
  • Good team leader and team management skills
  • Be able to communicate well with 'C' level people in the business

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use the telemarketing team and desk based account managers in place in the Manchester office.
  • Contribute to the sales plan and ensure own effective contribution within that plan
  • Being responsible for creating a regional sales team to include Business Development Managers, Telemarketers and telesales staff
  • Monitor and apprise the sales team performance and activities on a regular basis
  • Offer coaching and performance improvement plans
  • Proactively promote all products and services of the business


£60,000 to £70,000 per annum
