I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Consultant to work for a reputable Insurance organisation based in York.
Regulatory Compliance Consultant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: York
Rate: up to £290 per day
Skills & Experience required:
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
*A detailed knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment
*Specialised in the procedures, processes and the regulatory environment surrounding SMAP/Fit & Proper regulatory requirements.
*Ability to identify significant issues arising beyond the scope of any specific activity.
*Broad knowledge of the global organisation (Insurance)
*Ability to make discretionary judgements where no fixed rules exist.
*Knowledge of the broader regulatory regime.
*Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
*Problem solving and analytical skills
EXPERIENCE:
*SME skills with successful record of building personal credibility and managing relationships with key senior decision makers.
*Experience in regulatory financial services organisations
