Beacon Hill Technologies is currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Financial Analystfor a client located in Cleveland, Ohio for an INDEFINITE CONTRACT.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze the monthly warehouse results versus budget and make recommendations for cost and efficiency improvements.
- Proactively monitor Logistics organization's financial performance and identify trends, analyze root causes, and elevate issues to Logistics and Finance leadership as appropriate.
- Develop and utilize various analytical methods for reporting and analysis; draw conclusions from analysis and make effective recommendations.
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget process.
- For all assigned projects:
- Support and execute components of projects from start to finish as directed by your manager.
- Conduct quality research, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions on key analytical assignments.
- Analyze results, gain consensus among key stakeholders, present alternatives and results to senior management.
- Complete assignments on time and according to the specified parameters.
- Ensure sponsors are consistently kept up to date on project development status.
- Execute components of multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met and data output is accurate.
- Manage the design, support & maintenance of analytic tools and dashboards related to logistics financial specific metrics.
- Document, update and analyze business processes as assigned and ensure sound process and data integrity.
- Work with finance, logistics and IT to ensure the availability and accuracy of data elements to support all analysis.
- Support both existing and future reporting to measure operations effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Supply Chain and Finance to drive analysis and actions for the network
- Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed, including working on special projects or initiatives within Supply Chain or working on cross-functional teams.
Position Requirements
- 5+ years' work experience as a financial/logistics/supply chain analyst or equivalent experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred or equivalent, in Finance, Business, Statistics, or other analytical field.
- Demonstrated adaptability, resourceful, and highly creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working effectively and with a sense of urgency both independently and as a member of a team.
- Strong understanding of logistics/supply chain.
- Expert in MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint and comfortable building decks to tell a clear story.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present to all levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
- Strong VBA and SQL skills preferred, and/or significant experience in data mining/report building in a decision support software environment.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively via email, verbally, and presentations.
- Demonstrate strong follow-through skills and attention to detail.
