Description
SENOVO IT is urgently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with experience in one of the following sub-modules:
Compensation, Goal/Performance Manager, Talent Review/Succession, Payroll.
Desired Oracle Cloud HCM Skills in one or more areas:
- Compensation
- Goal/Performance Management
- Talent Review/Succession
- Payroll
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one end to end Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience
- Global Human Resources (HR) (base setups to support benefits configuration)
- Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud Application Security
- Setup of Enterprise structures
- Oracle Cloud Benefits Management (all aspects of Cloud Benefits configuration including setup of programs, plans, eligibility, fast formulas, rates, life events and Fusion Transaction Business Intelligence (BI), including total compensation statement generation).
- Benefits business process including managing systems during the open enrollment timeframe and knowledge and ability to lead and manage conference room pilots.
- Experience in Oracle E-business Advanced Benefits foundational skills in R12 (multiple projects is required)
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Workflow/alerts/notifications
- Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis
- Min 5+ years of experience as Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Consultant, with Benefits implementation experience

In addition, the following business skills are desired:
- Benefits process, requirements and workshop facilitation and support
- Ability to lead full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects
- Experience in working with all phases of an implementation life cycle and knowledge of Cloud implementation methodology
- Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to travel
