The SAP SuccessFactors Freelancers will be based either in Europe, USA or Asia, the project scope and roadmap can be found below:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Implementation of one Global Human Resources Information System Customer: global manufacturing corporation based in Japan, having more than 50 organizational entities (operating companies, subsidiaries, affiliates), grouped in 5 Business Units, located in more than more than 30 Countries Scope: over 6 HR business processes (Employee Master Data Management, Organization Structure Management, Performance Management, People Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Management) integration with Payroll and other local HR sub-processes Application: SAP Success Factor cloud package Solution: based on standard SAP Success Factor with as many Country Localization and Division verticalisation Work packages as required Implementation strategy: phased approach. Phase 1 global business blueprint and global template Phase 2 multiple roll-out deployments of the standard Global Template bases on SAP Success Factor in all Divisions, Countries, Operating Companies Start: beginning of January 2016 Finish: Phase 1 on June months duration) Phase 2 on March months duration) Phase 3 n 2018 (not included in current proposal) End-Users: 75.000 worldwide (English standard, local language support provided by the customer) Logistics: Phase 1 will be developed at the Project Headquarter based in EU. Phase 2 will be itinerating to all Countries and Operating Companies in scope REQUEST
Provisioning of highly qualified consultants with solid qualifications on
- All HR business processes in scope: Employee Master Data Management, Organisation Structure Management, Performance Management, People Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Management
- Proven experience in a number or successful SAP Success Factor implementation.
- Valid and verifiable referrals with reference to customer industry and global footprint
- Origins:
- at least one candidate shall be Asian (Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines)
- at least one shall be North American (USA or Canada)
- at least one shall be European (outside Italy) preferably German
