Our client, a global leading player within the insurance field, is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Specialist on a 3 month contract, with a high possibility for extension, based in Liverpool.
Finance Ops Specialist will be responsible for:
Process Improvement
Service management
Process Mapping
Acting as an escalating point
Influence stakeholders
Criteria:
1) Process improvement and process mapping experience with Insurance companies
2) Stakeholder management skills
3) Experience working with BPO - (Business Process Outsourcing)
