Here at SThree 98% of our directors started as trainee recruitment consultants. You will be taken through an award winning training programme to kick start your career in recruitment. This will help you to understand the market in which you are working in and become an expert in that field. The training is hands on which helps allow us to develop your skill set into perfecting the 360 recruitment process.

Due to the expansion of the brands and the overall company we are now looking to add to our teams ready for what is looking to be a very successful 2016!

About the role:

Your job will consist of sourcing, recruiting and matching candidates to your clients' temporary or permanent jobs, so the position is a full 360 recruitment position. You will need to learn, understand and integrate into your clients teams and departments to ensure that you at harmonizing both candidate and client requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant are: Using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.

You will be attracting candidates by using a wide range of media and drafting advertising copy for use on social media /networks, attending events, recruiting and through referrals. Screen and interview candidates, conducting background checks, and matching candidates to vacancies. Advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and on job opportunities.

About You:

To be successful in recruitment you will need to be money motivated, highly ambitious and driven to want to succeed. Ideally you will be educated to a degree level however this isn't essential. You will need to be able to prove you are ready to work in a fast paced and competitive environment and able to build strong rapport with clients, candidates and your colleagues.

If you are not educated to a degree level, a strong background in B2B sales environment is highly advantageous, to have both is a bonus.

  • A base salary paying between £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience.
