Care First (OLM) Developer/Actuate Reporting

My client is seeking a Care First (OLM) developer with Actuate report writing capability.

There is an immediate need for this role, which would likely be on a 4 days per week basis for three months initially

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Care First Developer to work in a team developing and improving the case management system for children and young peoples services. Experience in Actuate reporting is critical.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is able to maintain and develop reports using Actuate. Initially the role will support a large transformation project so the ability to work to deadlines is paramount. They will also be able to liaise with customers to determine their reporting requirements predominantly within Social Care

The candidate will work closely with the Programme Manager responsible for the programme, the IT Project Manager, service managers and a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure that the deliverables of the programme are completed to time and quality standards. In addition, the candidate will work closely with existing staff to understand processes and requirements, and focus upon the transfer knowledge and skills to existing staff.

Key requirements of the role are;

  • an excellent understanding of case management systems, particularly Care First, with a particular emphasis on Actuate reporting
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • significant experience in business programme management and delivery
  • the ability to identify key dependencies between work streams together with managing staff and multiple projects within the programme.
  • Desire to work as part of a small and committed team, rapidly understanding local requirements and maximising knowledge transfer
