Skills:
1. Good understanding of business architecture & functional models, business processes and products
2. Ability to drive requirements and lead functional design in coordination with Business and IT teams
3. New technologies and industry standards and best practices
4. Designing test cases and supporting test execution
5. Fluent in English
6. Technical knowledge: Java/J2EE, web services (REST, jaxb, Jaxws), encrypting to user level (BouncyCastle), object-oriented analysis (UML), Spring, Structs and Hybernate frameworks, etc.
7. Valuable: Agile-Scrum methodology and dual (on/off) delivery projects
