Description
IT Business Engineer (Senior) wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Ensuring alignment and harmonizing the global offering/ global capabilities between all regions
- Eliciting, documenting and managing global features and requirements (functional/ non-functional)
- Supporting the design and review of the defined business processes and maintaining global features/ requirements repository
- Ensuring end to end (E2E) consistency from global features to requirements
- Building and maintaining a sustainable and professional stakeholder management with parties from both IT and business
- Travel activities likely
Your experience/skills:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business engineering in a similar role such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer e.g. in an international and matrix-structured organization in the banking/ finance area
- Experience on working on program level as well as profound knowhow of BE-tools such as JIRA and Enterprise Architect
- Excellent knowhow of BE methodologies (e.g. BABOK) as well as Front- and Online Banking experience are of advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
