International Company with Technology Operations in Dublin has an immediate contract job for a
SCRUM Master/Project Manager.
You will join a team who is tasked with building an enterprise application from scratch. It is built using JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# and SQL Server. As the SCRUM master you will develop sprint plans, identify and manage risks, work with geographically distributed development teams and manage the overall delivery.
Rapid expansion is occurring in the business and your job primarily will be to make sure software gets delivered! The environment can be a bit chaotic and unstructured which will not suit everyone. The right person for this job will thrive in this fast paced env ironment. It is important that you have the drive and motivation to deliver on commitments, and to motivate others to do so.
Skills/Experience
- A background in Software development, ideally using web technologies.
- A proven track record in software project delivery at an enterprise level in an agile environment
- At least 2 years Scrum Master experience with consequent deep knowledge of agile practices.
- Ability to operate with high flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment
- A sound knowledge of software development and testing best practice.
This is a 6 month rolling daily rate contract.
