Your tasks:
- Support in remote software upgrades
- Support in diagnosing network connectivity issues
- Troubleshooting software installation failures
- Minor development of C#, Windows scripts and SQL database schema
Your qualifications
- Solid Windows Operating System Knowledge (WIN 2000, XP and 7; windows services, installation packages)
- Basic experience with Linux Operating System (basic system commands)
- Thorough understanding of network technologies (TCP, IP, Firewalls, web services)
- Strong experience in developing Windows scripts
- Basic experience in C#/.Net and SQL
- XML, JSON
- Technical understanding, perform within a team and willingness to learn
- Fluent in English
