A global pharmaceutical organisation, requires a client automation lead to join its team to complete the implementation of a Delta V project at their Biotech facility.Skills required:-
* Extensive Delta V experience - Competence in Delta V DCS batch configuration experience.
* Highly competent Automation / Process Engineer
* Ideally bulk drug substance experience (must have GMP experience)
* Ideally large scale capital project experience (€100 mil + projects)
* S88 expertise (Software Development Standard)
* Familiar with Gamp 4 (Good Automation Manufacturing Practice), Validation and commissioning procedures in cGMP operating environment
The focus for this role will be based on;
Black Utilities - Chill Water / Skid for the tower water by arbitration loop to cope with demand / Gas / Hot Water utilities.
Electrical Control Systems – Auto Restart / Load Shedding / Load Sharing
