Usability / Human Interaction Design Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support project teams with the application of user research, user centered design, prototyping and usability methods
- Support project teams with implementing the guidelines related to industrial and user interface design
- Support and guide the project team concerning planning, coordination and execution of a usability engineering process
- Perform usability tests, document results and elaborate improvements
- Support the creation of interaction and usability-related requirements
Your qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in Human Computer Interaction Design, Human Factors or related area and a very good practical experience in this field
- Human Computer Interaction Design, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, Psychology or related experience in the field of visual design or software engineering
- Preferably experience in a strongly regulated environment (e.g. healthcare, defense, avionics, automotive)
- Experience with Balsamiq, Axure, and preferably Visual Studio, HTML 5/CSS
- Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities
- High degree of self-organization, active information collector and connector
- Fluent in English and German
