Database Administrator (DBA) - Job Description
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a DBA role
- Passionate about all things database and database administration
- Enthusiastic, self-starting and interested in learning about technology of all kinds
- An analytical and inquisitive approach to their work
- Experience with high availability environments and technologies
- Experience with automation and building automated provisioning a distinct advantage
- Very strong SQL database administration skills (SQL Server R)
- Knowledge of SSAS and SSIS
- Experience with Very Large Database(VLDB) Support
- In-depth understanding of hardware specification and configuration for SQL optimisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
