Main Requirements
Operate and support the implementation of a QA process within the program and with the SAFE framework support.Develop a QA strategy of small steps, part by part, area by area, with the help of "hands on" activities and through automated tests in various areas to support
Have delivery focus
Report on program management, program and program architect and the scrum master and other management components of the program
Expert on QA issues when "Continuous delivery" process set
Work with a Matrix of l testers, developers and other key stakeholders regarding verification and QA issues
Coordinate the test functions in various areas aligned to a common test strategy and strict testing criteria
Work with the coordination of audit queries using agile project methods Handing documentation to other work areas.
Responsible to the host and the Scrum Master and the scrum of scrum master
Ensuring that the organisation and procedures are adequate, documented and suggest improvements in the working methods and a clear process in place
Report and inform on the situation regarding QA and its verification and its propulsion
Supporting other test and team members in QA issues and activities
Definition of QA processes and supplies the program according to established frameworks and processes
QA is part of the program "Contionus delivery" process, in a clear way, with tools that are simple and integrated with other parts of the program's tools
Description of competence requirements
At least 5 years experience requirements and test work to implement a QA process in " Continuous delivery (Agile/Scrum)
Experience of DevOPs process in connection with the QA work (Good)
Experience in the development and release management (Good)
Experience with automated testing (expert)
Experience of working in large organizations (advantage)
Experience of Agile development (expert)
Experience of SAFE (good)
Experience working with digital business (benefit)
Experience of working within major programs (advantage)
Has worked internationally, speak and write English fluently (advantageISTQB certified Scrum Master CertifiedALM experience and Jira Experience
