The Salesforce Business Analyst will be the liaison between the development team and the business. A formal functional resource or developer could be a good candidate as well but the communication skills and business process skills will be critical in this case.
Requirements: NO CORP TO CORP PLEASE
This candidate should have been exposed to Salesforce.com as a business analyst or functional developer (Admin)
Salesforce Admin (201), Sales or Service Cloud Certification preferred
Will have led requirements session with business, document those in business terms in the client's tools, articulate those to the development team, analyze options and the solution proposed by the development team vs the requirement.
Experience writing test scripts that will be used in SIT and UAT
