Responsibilities
- Chief Customer Experience Officer/Chief Customer Experience/Customer Experience Manager/CEM/CEX
- Reporting directly to CEO
- Working with sales, marketing and customer service departments to deliver seamless customer service.
- Work with customer teams and employing analysis tools
- Gather and Monitor Customer feedback
- Influences cross-company agreement on how to deliver best customer experience
- Works with leaders on messages, reinforcing, recommendations for recognition, and driving CEM culture forward
My client is a global organisation that is looking to acquire an individual to join them for a 6 month initial contract based in the KSA to deal with their customer experience management (CEM). This is an opportunity to work with a successful organisation on the start-up of an exciting and innovative branch of their brand. This role is to ensure the organisation fosters customer loyalty through high-quality interactions at each step.
