For our customer we are looking for a IT Project Assistent - Communication Demand and Capacity Management
Job description:
The candidate will act as a communication assistant in the Programme Management Office and Communication.
The candidate will support the projects with a variety of tasks within the PMO and communication umbrella, such as;
- Support the planning and execution of the overall communication plan
- Assist in developing the project and programme news, newsletters, town-hall materials, SharePoint and Intranet communications.
- Update and maintain a core programme communication package + unify layout further.
- Ad hoc support assistance with communication tasks and deliverables to different stakeholders and project teams
Skills
- Self-driven and flexible - be able to work with more tasks at a time
- Open-minded for new tasks and tools, fast learner
- Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Skilled in SharePoint
- Experience with working in larger IT programmes or projects
