Your tasks:
- Project Scope Management - Formulate and define scope and objectives of project in collaboration with accountable project sponsor
- Project Stakeholder / Communication Management - Work closely with key stakeholder representatives in managing expectations and collaboration within project
- Project Delivery - Primary responsibility for delivering the project within approved schedule and budget
- Project Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency (RAID) Management - Assess potential impacts in collaboration with respective project teams and propose appropriate mitigation actions
- Project Planning, Tracking, Control & Reporting - Create baseline project schedules and track completion of project deliverables, tasks, activities and milestones
- Team Building & Leadership - Identify, acquire and lead multifunctional, global project teams
- Compliance - Direct accountability for compliance with project management, portfolio management and CSV policies, guidelines, process tools and reporting standards of portfolio
Your qualifications
- Profound expertise as successful information technology project manager using structured project management processes
- Experience in telephony projects
- Knowledge in IT project management (PM certification a plus)
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Know-how of detailed planning and tracking
- Experience in virtual, international team settings
- Good communication and negotiation skills - proven track record of handling escalations on all levels, IT internally as well as between business and IT
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, German and Spanish is a plus
- Understanding of OCM and business analysis is a plus
- ITIL foundation certification or relevant experience in service management is desired
