Description
The 4 main missions of the Ops Senior Project Manager will be to;
- Lead project with rigor and set high level standards on project management activities for the team
- Lead the elaboration of functional solutions with users, Business Management and IT managers
- Bring added value to both the IT tools functionality and operational processes.
- Become the privileged point of contact in Asia for the Operation Domain Head
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Define requirements focusing on users' needs rather than users' solution expectations
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Travels to the main sites should be considered as part of the job Description (Europe and Asia)
REQUIREMENTS;
- Experienced profile with an experience of a minimum of 10 years in Project Management, including IT
- Strong Banking industry experience, including Wealth Management/Private Banking
- Very good knowledge of Back Office activities is required, including Securities transaction and administration, Swift, Corporate Actions, etc.
- Team Management experience is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of ERI Bancaire's "Olympic" IT system is a strong plus
