Description
Senior Oracle DBA wanted for an international bank located in Zurich.Your tasks:
- Developing and integrating database solutions for key projects
- Supporting releases and deliverables of the Projects
- Delivering solutions to 2nd Level DB Operations
- Handling project DBA requests as part of a DB Integration team
- Being responsible for consulting activities, design of solutions and implementation of DB infrastructure solutions
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, similar subject or work experience in the DB area
- 7+ years professional experience in Oracle Database Administration on Linux platforms and 3+ years experience in production support
- Expertise in supporting Oracle RAC and Dataguard setup as well as DB Optimization and Tuning
- Know how of Oracle Releases 11g and utilities such as RMAN and Grid Control
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
