Description
JOB SUMMARY:- Provide financial and operational support for North American Government & Public Safety Group as well as the Federal Government Markets Division.
- Support territory customers and service partners.
- Load all Maintenance Agreements (MAs) into Oracle
- Create and/or modify Install Base (IB) in Oracle
- Review Customer Service Plans (CPSs) and load MA entitlement contracts in Clarify
- Approve MAs via Oracle workflow function.
- Process Installation Agreements (IAs).
- Process manual billing and payment transactions (debits and credits).
- Responsible for being the Field Service contact with all billing issues.
- Reconcile monthly Automatic Payouts (APOs) as needed.
- Research/interpret contract issues. Work with IT and Service Finance when necessary.
- Process all change requests to MAs.
- Process all manual log credit.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Education requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using GoogleOffice, Oracle, Smartclient, MOL, SMS, COF.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective time management skills are required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of radio systems and Service Products.
- Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (debit vs credit).
