For our customer we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.
Our customer are in processes of finalizing our new test strategies in Capital Markets IT, which according to our plans, they have to start implementing beginning of 2016 covering all the applciation teams that support our applications from Front to Middle and Back Office. At the same time thay have started test maturity assessments in order to examine the test maturity level of their applciation teams before they start working with them on planning the stategies implementation. The impementaion of the strategies inlcudes both test automation, test management, non functional test, continious integration and delivery, test environments, BDD, test data and other test related areas.
We are looking for a Senior/Expert Quality Assurance Manager with strong test magement skills and hands on experience who will join a team of one more quality assurance manager, four test engineers and an IT automation expert. Aim of the team will be on the one hand to support our application teams on implementing the new test strategies by providing assistance, coaching and the needed tools but also to enhance our existing test automation framework along with the integration fo it to the continious delivery suit.
The ideal candidate is an expert and has hands on experience in the below areas:
Hard skills:
Test management using JIRA and the Xray plugin
Test automation and continious delivery solutions
Behavioural Business Developement hands on experience and best practises on integrating with Scrum
Test automation scripts implementation ideally using Java and Eclispe and also API testing
Knowledge of Puppet, Git, Stash and Bamboo is required
Has good understanding of the archiecture principals on buidling automate and engineering solutions
Knowledge of setting up test environments from scratch is an advantage.
Experience with virtual test environments and Cloud is a competitive advantage
Experience with test data solutions like Delphix is good to have but not mandatory
Best practises on documenting non functional test coverage and execution of it is also mandatory
Soft Skills:
Coaching skills and ability to tranfer knowledge
Superior communication skills and smiling if something something does not work from the first try
Ability to handle and understand a variety of stakeholders (team leaders, PMs, test managers, developers and analysts)
Experience in working with remotely allocated teams
