We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Engineer CC - Mobile Switching (Rel 4 CS Core) to support our customer in Greece.
Job Description/Main Responsibility Area:
Customer Support Engineer R4 has to be able to perform the following activity:
- trouble tickets handling,
- SW upgrades,
- HW extensions.
- products involved: DX200 MSS, IPA2800 MGW
- Fluent English written and spoken is requested as mandatory
- Travelling is required to Thessaloniki area 15% of the time
- Emergency rota participation
- Night work activity
