We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Engineer CC - Mobile Switching (Rel 4 CS Core) to support our customer in Greece.

Job Description/Main Responsibility Area:

Customer Support Engineer R4 has to be able to perform the following activity:

  • trouble tickets handling,
  • SW upgrades,
  • HW extensions.
  • products involved: DX200 MSS, IPA2800 MGW
  • Fluent English written and spoken is requested as mandatory
  • Travelling is required to Thessaloniki area 15% of the time
  • Emergency rota participation
  • Night work activity
