Description
We are supporting a Global Renewable Energy client in their search for a Consultant Engineer to work on their offshore wind farm project. Our client is looking for a Consultant Engineer who will be able to start this initial 3 month role from the beginning of January 2016 up until approx. 31st March 2016. There is a possibility that this role may be extended by a further month. This is a full time freelance contract 5 working days per week, 8 hrs per day.Responsibilities:
- To maintain concept and processes for preventive and corrective maintenance, to optimise asset integrity projects, to include root cause management.
- Take technical management and support towards internal commercial stakeholders, formalise O & M requirements to be recognised throughout asset project phases.
- Collect and analyse data on overall integrity assets in each of expertise to support operation and asset projects
- Give input to project design basis and EPC
- Input to Asset integrity plan & strategies
- Input to contingency plans in cooperation with other O & M parties across portfolio
- Day to day contact & communication with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and give input to RCA and technical solutions
- Find solutions to technical issues, and in case of critical faults, go to site and support the remedial work
- Input to secure best practice in operation
- Review EPC project documentation before handover from EPC to O & M
- Engineering degree or similar within HV
- Experience with technical asset management
- Commercial understanding
- Fluent in both English & Danish
