Description

One of our clients is currently looking for an IT Support specialist who will be able to provide technical support and guidance to online marketers via the headquarters team.

This is working with a very high profile client with a truly global reputation, this is an excellent opprtunity to join their team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Experience using Google analytics or Adobe Omniture tools.
- Analytics tag Implementation, QA and training
- Good public speaker

You will be liasing with the role with the following key members:

- regional marketing managers, product managers and web production teams (response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting)
- Day to day contact with Web Agencies - web content production team, online marketing support team
- Electronics service centre (Customer Support issues)
- Guide and release HQ system standard procedure to local IT teams.
- HQ operation team in Korea.
- Internal operations team.

DIMENSIONS:

- Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
- No. of communication partners: circa 30
- No. of Electronics European subsidiaries: 30

EDUCATION:

Degree in computer science or related preferred, however, applicants with other type of degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

- Web Languages & Scripts : HTML, Javascript, CSS (junior or higher level)
- Experience using web analytics tools such as. Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture
- Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
- Ability to analyse business requirements from all key liaisons
- Self-starter, able to work under own initiative
- Good team player
- Well presented, professional and dedicated

EXPERIENCE:

- Various experiences of enterprise web site development project or operation
- Experience in developing and managing websites including analytic tools

HOURS OF WORK:

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

- basic annual salary depending upon experience
- 25 days annual leave
- Up to 15% discretionary performance based bonus per annum (following successful completion of probation period)
