An urgent resource need for a skilled GoldenGate/DB
administrators to troubleshoot and fix the issues (and not only run backup jobs).
3-4 highly skilled DB developers experienced with SQL
procedures and able to rewrite/optimize SQL
On average, 40-50% of the work should be able to be done remotely as the project develops.
