Job Purpose

As the Customer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering industry-leading marketing campaigns that will increase customer engagement, promoting loyalty and keep our customers coming back for more! You will lead the charge in identify key events on the Company Sports calendar and develop targeted data led strategies that will focus on increasing customer revenue through repeat purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of all customer marketing campaigns for our sports products. In addition, devise and implement test and learn strategies, resulting in the continuous improvement of conversion rates
  • Own the end-to-end customer life cycle journey for sports, continually implementing ideas that increase repeat purchase and grow revenue
  • Keeping on top of company Sports broadcasting schedule and ensuring our campaign calendar is up-to-date
  • Work with the Customer Marketing Controller to develop quarterly and yearly communication strategies based on research, customer insights and business objectives
  • Work with internal development teams and agencies in creating targeted email content, allowing it to be tailored to our sport customer viewing preferences and account history
  • Detailed tracking of results, analysing and presenting recommendations to management and the team
  • Work closely with brand, legal and finance teams to ensure campaigns are in line with company brand values and business requirements
  • Increase customer touch points by identify additional channels in which we can interact with our customers and deliver increased customer value
  • Work closely with our business analyst to ensure appropriate data segmentation & reporting metrics are in place
  • Implementing new initiatives and work-streams required to deliver best in class customer communications
  • Ensuring we are on track to achieve our customer marketing KPIs for sport products

Candidate Requirements:

To apply for this role it is essential that you have a strong understanding of the UK sporting landscape (particularly English Premier League) and can develop and deliver industry leading campaigns that inspire, excite and encourage our customers to buy more company Sports Passes. You need to be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail, be creative as well as results driven, take ownership of your work and refuse to settle for second best. You will be able to prioritise and meet the challenges of tight deadlines without comprising on quality.
