KYC Corporate Accounts Analysts

£/day

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for experienced KYC analyst's to join our corporate banking client in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Our world leading banking client is seeking a Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst to research, prepare and complete the due diligence records for the on-boarding of new corporate clients and provide Quality Assurance on high risk cases.

Responsibilities will include:

* Prepare client-specific KYC-related analyses and complete Customer Acquisition Due Diligence;
* Work with the Business Support Unit to assess documentation requirements for client legal entities and jurisdictions;
* Interact with clients to obtain KYC and other compliance information and documentation;
* Co-ordinate and manage AML/KYC call between clients and the Relationship Director;
* Research and report on UBO identification
* Review and evaluate recent negative news related to clients;
* Liaise with internal compliance personnel on the application of KYC policy;
* Liaise with the Relationship Directors to ascertain information on the purpose of client accounts, transaction volumes etc.
* Interact with clients, parent account bankers, subsidiary bankers and product partners on AML and KYC-related issues;

Essential Experience:

* Experience and knowledge of KYC in a client services role, particularly in the correspondent Banking space.
* Experience of checking and validating corporate KYC criteria such as ID, source of funds, business links, trading markets etc.
* Experience of identifying, referring and processing high risk corporate client accounts
* Experience with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
* Client Service experience and/or Front Office experience preferred.
* Experience working in a global, dynamic environment.
* Attention to detail with strong follow-up and good judgement.
* Owner/Completer approach.
* Self-starter, able to work independently when needed, and to prioritise tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Team Player, able to work in partnership with other individuals on day-to-day and long term projects.
