Driving the team as scrum master. Developer background required.
The SCRUM Master is a member of a SCRUM team and is responsible of:
- Ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted in a Scrum Team (development team + Product Owner) by ensuring that the Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and practices to ensure they are effective and efficient, and empower the team to be self-organized.
- Help the Product Owner communicate vision, goals and Product Backlog Items to the Team to ensure satisfied end users and create business value.
- Facilitating the Development Team to optimize velocity, quality and trust to become a high performance team.
- Capture, resolve and escalate impediments that prevent the scrum team from being effective and in order to deliver high quality solutions
- Ensure good flow within the sprint, make sure we work with the right things in a smart order.
- Help the teams handle the identified obstacles that hinders the development progress.
