Description
My client, a large player in the insurance industry, is currently seeking a Functional Architect to begin a 12 month contract based in Brussels, Belgium.Proven experience with data, functional and solution architecture in an IT environment is a must. At least a basic knowledge of the functional domains of (Financial) Risk Management, Asset Management and Finance is required.
A basic knowledge of technologies such as .Net, SSIS, Mainframe/Cobol, (SAS) DWH & ETL would be useful.
Mandatory skills:
The successful candidate will speak either fluent French or Dutch.
At least a basic knowledge of CFO, CIO and CRO domains.
Strong interest for Business Process Analysis
5 to 10 year experience in Application Development
Good knowledge in modelling applications and processes, Functional Analysis
Excellent MS Office skills
Deep knowledge and experience of architecture : Service
Oriented Architecture, design patterns, architectural methodologies
