Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new contract following the holiday break? Are you looking to work with a large client with work taking you through to the spring/summer?I have a client who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a large landscaping project based in Central London. The QS role will be on a contract basis initially for 3 months with potential to extend paying between £280 to £300 per day depending on experience. You will be site based reporting into the site manager.
The client is looking for the following:
- Experience using JCT form of contract.
- Experience working with variations and cost management.
- Able to work independently and "hit the ground running".
- Subcontract experience.
- Design and build experience preferable but not essential.
