I am looking to hire a Instructional Designer for one of my public client. Please note that there will be some travel to other college sites as and when required.
Locations are: London, Ryton, Harrogate and Sunningdale.

Essential Experience:
1. Design E-learning and online application content to meet agreed client specifications
2. Write and update scripts and other documents succinctly.
3. Analyze learning objectives from curriculum and client specifications.
4. Apply creative and innovative design approaches which optimize audience engagement.
5. Research and develop own subject matter knowledge and recommend new learning technologies.
6. A degree or equivalent Level 5 qualification
7. Significant experience in E-learning design.
8. Degree in a related subject.
9. Experience in writing for the web
Desirable Experience:
1. Experience of using Captivate software
2. Understanding the use of mobile technologies for learning
3. Understanding the use of social media for learning
4. Understanding the use of learning management systems
5. Organizing and directing video and photo shoots with actors
