MI AnalystA leading global bank has a requirement for an MI Analyst to work in their London office on a one-year contract basis.
The MI Analyst will support the delivery of committed strategic and tactical remediation of residual productions. The MI Analyst will be responsible for all MI productions for offshoring to Asia, and prepare presentations for senior management updates, as required.
Candidate attributes:
- Inquisitive with the ability to challenge while displaying good judgement
- Excellent problem solving skills and high attention to detail
- Establish and monitor quality control processes for MI data management and deliverables
- Good understanding of 3rd party offshoring and associated metrics dashboards
- Anticipate client needs to recommend and/or deliver services
- Proficient skills in SQL, Access, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Easy-going nature with strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
Results orientated, self-motivated and enthusiastic contributor who is comfortable working independently. Having prior operations experience is an advantage.
