Our client is seeking Senior UI & UX Designers with compelling and consistent design treatments for cutting-edge user interfaces and other interactive media from concept through to completion.
The roles requires frequent collaboration with the project teams in order to propose new solutions and tackle complex user-centered design problems we well as working on production.
As a UI designer, you will act as the driving creative force for your projects, participating in the design execution from concept through to completion. You must be able to effectively communicate design ideas within a collaborative work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task must be exceptional. Your designs should reflect fresh approaches to a client's needs and a willingness to take risks. You should excel at handling multiple projects and timelines. We are looking for a strong UI designer who are passionate about quality design, craftsmanship and have a thirst for innovation.
As a UX designer, you will developing and managing the content, design and technical direction for websites and digital marketing communications platforms. This is to be aligned with the requirements and direction of the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand department, Commercial teams and IT department. We are looking for a senior user experience designer with strong interests and expert capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.
You will plan the long-term strategy for development, as well as advising on best practice web content solutions, user interface design and technical integrations for each Group brand to meet their digital marketing objectives. Lead and deliver the direction for the digital customer journey, optimizing customer engagement, conversation, retention and overall user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Senior UI/UX Designer
SKILLS
*Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Digital Design, Communications, Interactive Design or equivalent.
*5 years of experience in design of business requirements, visualization and content creation in a global organization or digital agency. ( UI )
*5 years of user experience design experience for software, web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile device (UX)
*Understanding of Content Management systems; SDL Tridion would be a plus.
*Exceptional design knowledge, production value and attention to detail.
*Facilitate usability testing and research to define and refine existing and/or new interfaces. *Understanding of A/B testing, personalisation and targeting.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DESIGN Tools
*Expert knowledge of design & video production tools, such as Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
*Working knowledge of Web 2.0 standards including HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, (iOS), (Android) a plus, CSS, usability and accessibility.
*Expert knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools such as Axure, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq.
DESIGN Methods
*Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
*Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique and Ergonomics in Design.
*Proficient with user experience process and standard UCD methodologies
*Ideation (brainstorming, mind mapping, reverse thinking, image board), Persona, Story boarding, Userflows, Information architecture, Wire framing, Digital and Physical prototyping, Cognitive walkthrough, Decision Matrix
