I am looking to move my dated Joomla site to WordPress. I am not very familiar with WordPress and am travelling abroad at the moment, hence looking for a freelancer. I don’t mind if the site is offline for a few days – it is already malfunctioning due to old plugins not compatible with the new php.The site consists of:
– basic blog with a vimeo video embedded in each post,
– company ‘About Us’ page and ‘The Team’ page,
– Contact page with email form and other contact info
– link to our Facebook, Instagram and Vimeo pages
So the work would include:
– copying all existing information
– deletion of joomla, databases, etc.
– installation of WordPress
– finding an appropriate template for us to approve
– installation of template and appropriate extensions
– insertion of data from previous joomla website
– polishing off the site into a professional completed project.
