My client, a well renowned Loyalty & CRM Leader, best known for providing the most powerful insight into the travel, hotel, airline and IT sectors is seeking a talented CRM Account Manager to take a leading role working with one of their biggest accounts.

YOUR ROLE

Your typical day as the Senior Account Manager will include:

  • Developing, planning and implementing B2B and B2C communication programs.
  • To be the owner of client deliverables including strategic planning of quarterly and tactical communications both online and offline.
  • Working with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategy and planning for new CRM campaigns
  • On-boarding of new clients and developing new client relationships
  • Manage day to day activities with a significant focus on projects working with business partners and reward partners.
  • Day to day manage,ent of select projects with significant focus on email campaigns.
  • Be the go to person and key project manager by working closely with Web Development, performance marketing, data analytics and creative teams.
  • Assist senior members of the existing team with management and profitability of key accounts.
  • Have the ability to see from the customer's perspective and have an understanding of the customer experience.
  • Enable clearly defined decisions through actionable insight

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have between 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role either in a marketing agency or client side.
  • You excel working in a fast-paced environments, working on integrated accounts where you are responsible for accounts management and project delivery.
  • Key areas of expertise will include eCRM, CRM, email marketing, Mobile, Data and performance.
  • Experience in hospitality or travel industry would be an added bonus.
  • An established career within an analytical environment and insight delivery function
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is essential.
  • CRM and Data driven campaign management
  • Proven ability to clearly define a problem collating information, analysing the results and presenting findings.
  • Thrives working across multiple teams and being involved in key areas.

  • You're personable and build connections with contacts with a natural ease.

The day rate offered is up to 200.00 per day dependent on experience.

LOCATION-London 5 days a week.

Initial 3 month contract with the view to go permanent.
