IT Auditor
We are seeking a CISSP Senior IT Auditor to work within a large retail bank based in Saudi Arabia. You will provide subject matter expertise across technology, regional and functional audit teams. You will have proven capability of delivering IT processes, identifying risks and team management.
You will specialise in the investment banking sector and offer expertise in both financial regulations and infrastructure. This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement, ability to lead a team and good technical understanding
IT Audit is responsible for the review of application systems, technology infrastructure, and general IT. The company has a variety of computer environments and are developed using a variety of programming languages and software products.
IT Audit is seen as being an integrated function in that both business and technology controls are covered during the reviews. The majority of our audits are completed with, and in support of, our financial audit colleagues.
Skills & Experience
*Plan, coordinate and execute audit activities at organisation level.
*Communicate with operational staffs and management to obtain inputs for audits.
*Report audit findings and conclusions to management.
*Supervise audit staffs on their assigned engagements.
*Assist audit staffs in performing complex audits and reviews.
*Hire, train and guide audit staffs on their job duties.
*Develop auditing program to offer comprehensive audit coverage within the organisation.
*Conduct performance evaluation of audit staffs and provide feedback.
*Analyse risks associated with IT processes and assess the effectiveness of the internal control systems.
*Establish standard procedures and policies for IT auditing.
*Determine the audit scope and objective and accordingly prepare audit work plan.
*Resolve auditing and operational issues in a timely fashion.
*Set priorities, identify necessary audit plan changes, supervise audit processes and prepare detailed reports on findings.
*Ensure that audit processes comply with company standards.
*Review audit reports for correctness and completeness before submitting to management.
