Well recognised on IT Company based in Reading, West Berkshire, UK is looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with at least 5 years of PM. You would have to have previous experience managing HR-full life cycle and P&L responsibility to be able to attend interview.

You will be taking ownership of Global Human Resources Project based in Reading, UK. Some travel to Dublin will be involved in this role. You will be bringing HR Model to the highest standards and working with the Shared Services centre.
What will you be doing?
- Taking ownership of Global Human Resources Project based in Reading, UK
- Implementing company's HR Model to the highest standards
- Ensuring that the correct processes are transferred from HR customer facing roles into the shared services centre (based in Dublin),
- Working with the Shared Services Centre
- Ensuring the self-service website is robust enough for the managers to change our culture to a self-service model.
- Managing project profitability (P&L), resource management and project governance aligned to industry standards. T
- Shaping project with a core team who are responsible to make the change within the organisation
What do you need to have?
- 5+ years plus Project/Programme Management
- Previous strong experience with HR (full life) cycle projects
- Proven track of P&L responsibility
- Working on large global, international projects
Prince 2/ITIL or similar PM qualification
What will I get ?
- Salary: equivalent of - £90.000k per annum
- Based in Reading, West Berkshire, UKJ
- 6 month contract
