Fiber/Fibre Services Senior Sales Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Accountable for customer centric offerings, including re-use, addressing the passive Fiber/Fibre infrastructure turnkey services based on complete client portfolio & 3PP. Responsible for creating & taking forward offerings to existing or new markets & customers with potential for substantial growth through innovative business & go-to-market models, cross all engagement models. Responsible for sales of offerings within respective practice. Responsible for Lead Management to establish a long term business growth. Partner with the KAM/AM in driving customer engagements by providing thought leadership & support in identifying & capturing opportunities. Responsible for creating a highly capable & experienced organization, able to work with C-level with customers, long-term engagements & to prove the clients credibility in the field with successful business cases.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Lead virtual/functional teams across west and central Europe to support KAMs to grow the Fiber/Fibre services business in the region in line with the Growth Plan targets.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and a consistent approach to pre-sales and delivery across the region, facilitating an efficient sales approach and a profitable project delivery.
- Deliver customer value & thought leadership.
- Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with the customer & analyse customer business environments, requirements, plans & issues.
- Generate & manage leads to increase the 36 month sales funnel.
- Perform value argumentation through generating customer business cases.
- Identify & proactively drive new business opportunities.

- Build, manage & expand the regional offering portfolio in a specific area of competence/or business.
- Drive knowledge transfer among relevant communities within the client.
- Support in developing & delivering customer presentations including solutions, value argumentations & business cases.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years' experience of relationship sales & from ICT industry with focus on Fiber/Fibre infrastructure
- Minimum 5 years in leadership positions for job stage 7 & upwards
Additional Requirements, Physical Demands, Region/Local Specifications:
- Available to travel across west and central Europe to drive sales of Fiber/Fibre services
